They decided that it would be a great idea to get together every month or so and explore a different culinary cuisine. The rules would be simple. The host would provide the main, the libations, the music and ambiance. Guests would provide the appetizer, side and dessert, respectively. Cuisines would be chosen at the end of each event by pulling suggestions out of a hat.
